DESIGNERS'S NOTE

This page pairs well with Superpowers by Daniel Caesar.

I’m not here with answers. I’m here, learning to make sense of things. Scroll down if you’re curious.

Stay if something feels familiar.

I started my design journey by drawing bicycles in the back of my maths notebook — mostly because BMX Boy was more interesting than algebra.

That habit slowly evolved. Discovering Photoshop and Procreate turned doodling into digital art, and soon I found myself redesigning movie posters just for fun. Art had always been a constant in my life, and design became the way I could make that part of me feel bigger. In a way, design helps me be a better, more patient version of myself — if that makes sense :)

I’m a design graduate based in Kolkata, West Bengal, constantly looking to grow and learn (and occasionally unlearn). I deeply connect with music and films, and I truly believe that what is earth without art? Art, for me, is expression, a way of leaving behind a tiny fingerprint in an otherwise very large universe.

When I’m not designing, you’ll usually find me on a football field pretending I’m more athletic than I am, or enthusiastically chugging butter chicken like it’s part of my training routine.

Looking back, every step so far has been a mix of curiosity, trial-and-error, and taking chances without fully knowing the outcome. I still don’t know exactly where this path leads — but I’m enjoying the walk.

Still making. Still learning. 🌻

Beyond Work and Design

A few hours every week spent chasing a ball.

Indian dhh scene that keeps me grounded and awake.

Long walks, quiet moments, occasional photos capturing someone else's moments and preserving them.

This space evolves as I do 🪴
